- Payment plan/Terms - Are available for Riya. Depending upon the length of the payment plan and the individual arrangements, interest may be charged. Riya may be allowed to leave Briarwood when a set percent of the purchase price has been paid, depending upon individual circumstances and distance from Briarwood. Board may be charged while Riya remains at Briarwood.
